The staff work hard oblivious to the winds of Ondoy
The staff of the National Telehealth Center retreated to the Orchid Garden Hotel Manila to work out their deliverables for the next six months. Dr. Alvin Marcelo headed the team and by the end of the day, roles were clarified and new opportunities discussed. By the time the staff were done, half of Manila had been submerged by tropical storm Ondoy.
