NThC to Present Paper on SMS for Maternal Care at the Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics 2009 Annual Convention
Dr. Alvin Marcelo, director of the National Telehealth Center, will present their concept paper on the use of SMS for recording strategic data points in the Philippine healthcare system.
