NThC Participates in the AMIA Global Partnership Program Planning Phase
The American Medical Informatics Association has invited NThC Director Dr. Alvin Marcelo to join the planning meeting of the Global Partnership Program currently going on in Washington, DC. Dr. Marcelo joins thirty other stakeholders in developing a program that aims to build capacity for health informatics in developing countries. The planning grant was provided by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
