With eHealth as an emerging field and practice in health care, the National Telehealth Center
serves as one of the best avenues to equip one's self with the knowledge and skills in telehealth
and telemedicine research. We uphold excellence as we render service to the people, train
health care professionals with the use ICT for health, and discover innocations that will help
improve the health care delivery in the country.

Vacancies



1. REGIONAL TRAINING COORDINATOR 

MUST:

– Be willing to work in a regional office
– Be a native speaker of the predominant language/dialect in the region of assignment
– Be a licensed health professional (doctor, nurse, or midwife)
– Have worked in a rural health unit for at least 3 months
– Have experience as a trainer
– Have excellent written and oral communication skills
– Have good leadership and organizing skills

PREFERABLY:
– Has experience working in community health and/or research
– Has experience working or literacy in eHealth or health ICT
– Has been certified to use any of NTHC’s eHealth technologies

2. TECHNICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR

 

MUST :
– Have computer science background (educational and/or work experience) or Registered Nurse
– Have experience in handling hardware, medical services is preferred
– Have experience in troubleshooting information management systems, Android is an advantage
– Be able to work under pressure, deliver on time
– Have good communication skills, written and verbal
– Have good people skills, able to work with a team
– Preferably a health professional
*Place of assignment: UP-NTHC (Taft, Manila)

3. TRAINING OFFICER

MUST :
– have 1-2 years of training/teaching experience
– be able to articulate instructional design
– be knowledgeable on formal andragogy and pedagogy
– have background in health or social development

Preferably with:
– experience in community work and/or ICT work
